Getting Ready

Advent is the season of preparation, and our preparation in Kindergarten is in full swing!  We are working so hard to get ready for the birth of Jesus, as we prepare for our Children's Christmas Program.  Our friends are really enjoying going to choir on Tuesdays and Thursdays, where we get to be with the "big kids" and learn a lot of new songs.  We are also working hard on our recitation for the program.  We learned about John the Baptist this week and how he prepared the people for Christ's coming.  We, too, want to "tell the Good News!"  We hope you'll join us!!!

The Most Wonderful Time of the Year!

We are having SNOW much fun at recess right now!!  Even though winter has not yet arrived, we are all wrapped up in the wonderland that is filled with SNOW in our outside play areas.  It is especially exciting for our younger grades, because these are the times they really get to "work" together with the big kids, rolling snowballs, building snowmen, and hiding in snow forts!  Let it snow, I say!!!
