It's a Mystery!
We are having just THE BEST time with our Mystery Readers this year! It is so exciting to get our three clues, and then try to guess who has brought in their favorite books to read to us. So far, we've had someone that we all know and see every day (Miss Krystena,) a new friend to all but one of us (Elise's Grandma Connie,) and someone who loves flip-flops (Mr. Sharman!) Who will visit next? It's a mystery?????

Time is Flying!
It's hard to believe that we are starting the 4th quarter of the school year already! 111 days of school have just flown by, and now we are in the final stretch. With all of the snow/cold days, we had a great day celebrating the 100th day of school (finally) at the end of February. Here are a few pictures of our fun day of counting, sorting, stringing, jumping, laughing, etc.100 times, over and over and over again!!! We are 100 days smarter!!!

Snow Day Challenge
This crazy winter weather has taken its toll on us all, but Kindergarten is making the best of it by using the extra time at home to work on our reading skills. Check out the participants in Mrs. Wilson's Snow Day Challenge! They were encouraged to make a blanket fort and spend twenty minutes a day reading inside of their cozy hideaway. You'll notice that at one house, even the dog got in on the fun!! LOL What a fun way to get some reading time, while the snow and ice build up outside!!! Yay for reading!!
